The legal card stores information about legal activities or scenarios that follow a legal-like workflow. Voyager Legal reports provide you with accurate, up-to-date information based on both current and historical data. In addition, you can customize field labels and menus to suit your specific requirements.

The New York module provides a simple but powerful method for owners, property managers, and landlords to comply with New York City rent stabilization and health and safety laws. Managers can easily set up and run the program to register apartments, calculate new rents, and generate the forms required by New York regulations. A convenient utility also facilitates the exporting of registration data to update the NY DHCR database.
