Legal Cards
Voyager Legal uses legal cards to store and organize information on legal activity. You can assign multiple cards to a single tenant to track different legal actions. You can also easily access existing cards and create new ones using the Legal Card screen.

Creating Notice Letters
Voyager Legal allows you to create various late-notice letters for tenants who have outstanding payments. Produce letters manually or in batches.
Two modes are available for creating letters: semi-automatic and fully-automatic. If you select semi-automatic, Yardi lists tenants who are behind in rent payment before you generate the letters; if you select fully-automatic, legal records are generated automatically.
