Multiple System Interfaces

In addition to integrating seamlessly with the US Army’s Military Housing Central Repository, Yardi Military Housing also interfaces with the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) database, the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS), and the US Navy’s eNH database.

The Military Housing Central Repository also provides real-time remote access, making it easy to obtain the most current information on applicants from anywhere, at any time. In addition, you can create a new resident simply by dragging and dropping an applicant from the repository’s central wait list to your private database, which generates a new resident record. You can also run centralized reports, such as occupancy rates and unit inventory.
