SANTA BARBARA, CA, January 16, 2006 — Yardi Systems announces the third-largest network of distinctive independent and assisted-living facilities in Canada, Les R�sidences Allegro, has selected Yardi Voyager™ Senior Housing and Yardi ASP Hosting service to manage its extensive portfolio of residential properties.
Browser-based Yardi Voyager is a comprehensive accounting and property management software suite that provides real-time reporting and transactions from any location with Internet access. Implementation of Yardi Voyager will include Yardi’s data conversion service, which provides assistance converting data from Les R�sidences Allegro’s previous system. The new Yardi system will be bilingual, and program users will be able to choose English or French when processing transactions or communicating with clients and vendors.
In addition to Voyager Senior Housing, Allegro plans to use other modules that are fully integrated with the core property management system, including the Canadian Regional Residential Module, which enables property managers to meet the needs of the different provinces; YSL (Yardi Spreadsheet Link); Currency Conversion; and Construction Management. By using Yardi ASP Hosting service for application hosting, Allegro managers will benefit from a secure data center and Yardi’s expert system maintenance.
