Pathway will use Yardi Voyager to manage its senior apartment and senior living communities in Illinois and Michigan.
Pathway, which is nationally recognized for leadership in providing affordable, high-quality residences and care for seniors, will use Yardi Voyager to achieve greater operating efficiency, enhanced business transparency, and crucial executive analysis tools for its growing portfolio. “We started examining business systems and infrastructure needs about two years ago,” said Brian Cloch, Pathway principal and co-founder. “Yardi worked with our team to demonstrate how an integrated solution that combines property management, accounting, marketing, resident management, census, billing, facility operations, assessment and care into one solution will help us reach our infrastructure goals.”

Pathway expects elements of the system to come on line in the fourth quarter of 2008, with fully live processing anticipated by the first quarter of 2009.
