SANTA BARBARA, CALIF., Sept. 30, 2008 – Skid Row Housing Trust has selected Yardi Voyager™ Affordable Housing software to bolster its mission to provide housing, job training, and other assistance to low-income and formerly homeless tenants in downtown Los Angeles.

Skid Row Housing Trust, a 501(c)(3) public charity, is using Voyager Affordable Housing to manage nearly 1,200 units of affordable housing in its 20 hotel properties. Yardi Voyager Affordable Housing is the only browser-based software that provides seamless integration of compliance, accounting, and property management systems. It offers a single, fully integrated relational database and all the tools needed to manage and maintain compliance for HUD project-based properties, Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties, HOME Fund properties, RHS Section 515 properties, and properties that combine all of these subsidies.

Along with Voyager Affordable Housing, the Trust also selected Yardi’s Application Service Provider hosting service.

“Skid Row Housing Trust is committed to providing high quality and well run communities for formerly homeless men and women,” said Andre Thomas, director of Skid Row Housing Trust Property Management Co. “Yardi Voyager will allow us to manage rent collection, building maintenance, and service provision in the most professional manner possible.”

“Yardi Systems has long recognized the contributions and accomplishments of Skid Row Housing Trust in the affordable housing arena. We could not be more pleased that they have chosen Yardi Voyager to assist them in continuing down their path,” added Terri Dowen, Yardi’s senior vice president of Sales.
