Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo processes hundreds of housing applications electronically in one application cycle through a new Web-based system, eliminating paperwork and saving time and money.
SANTA BARBARA, CALIF., July 7, 2015 – Yardi announced today that the Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo (HASLO) recently opened its waiting list and accepted online housing applications using RentCafe PHA, a Web-based software solution offered by Yardi. HASLO is among the first public housing agencies (PHA) to use this new Yardi solution to manage their waiting list application period.

It all came through neatly and without a stack of paper for staff to go through. The automated processes in the system helped applicants submit files much more quickly and accurately than before. In fact, one family was able to move into a unit just a week or so after creating their RentCafe PHA profile and submitting their online application.”
