On-Demand Online Training

Roscoe selected Yardi Aspire to simultaneously train an unlimited number of new hires and existing staff online. They no longer need to accommodate various schedules or travel for onsite instructor-led sessions. According to Mariana Estrada, vice president of operations, “Yardi Aspire is the solution that allows us to grow and move to the next 10,000 units and the next 10,000 units after that. There are no limitations due to time or travel, and new hires can get started with training on day one to learn everything they need to know to perform their jobs.” Estrada further commented that with online learning, Roscoe has reduced new hire training time from weeks to just days. Estrada also noted the enhanced benefit of using Yardi Aspire with other company training programs. She explained, “We still host instructor-led training events, but they’re more like workshops, available to staff once they’ve completed their eLearning courses.”
