It’s a nice place to live, staffed by a group of people who really care. When you create that personal connection with both residents and prospects, you drive leases and increase retention. There are many ways you can share staff member stories with your audience. You might include a staff spotlight in your newsletter, showcase team photos on your Facebook page, or write an “employee of the month” post on your blog.
