SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Oct. 10, 2017 – AdVenture Development LLC is expanding its portfolio with multiple mixed-use property developments and adopting Yardi Voyager® as its new real estate software platform.
“As we grow now and into the future with new properties, including a 25-tenant mixed-use project, a 17-tenant shopping center and a 350-acre development, we needed a platform that could easily scale to that expansion. Our previous provider couldn’t do that,” said Mark McDonnell, vice president for AdVenture. “Along with simplifying lease management, our hot-button issue, Voyager will save us a tremendous amount of time on common area maintenance reconciliations for snow removal, landscaping and other activities. We chose Voyager so we don’t have to change platforms now and then again in two or three years.”
