Commercial developer will manage budgeting, invoice processing, construction and more with a single connected solution
SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Nov. 13, 2017 – Real estate developer American Nevada Company anticipates improving reporting, invoice processing, budgeting and other business operations with the Yardi® Commercial Suite.
“We can access property management and accounting information from Yardi Voyager® Commercial on any device, at any time, which lets us spend more time at our properties rather than in the office. Yardi® Procure to Pay will replace paper invoices by converting American Nevada Company’s invoices into electronic transactions and automate the approval workflow all the way through vendor payment. “We got tired of looking for paper in filing cabinets or losing track of invoices. The workflows in Yardi Procure to Pay will eliminate lost invoices and enforce purchasing accountability across the company,” Arens said.
Another product, Yardi® Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting, will make budgeting less labor-intensive by replacing spreadsheets with automated projections based on existing tenant lease data. Additionally, Yardi® Construction Management will automate tracking of assets involved in American Nevada Company’s tenant improvement and construction projects.
