SANTA BARBARA, Calif., July 31, 2017 – Brookfield Properties will manage its portfolio more efficiently with Yardi Voyager®, its new property management and accounting platform, and products from the Yardi® Commercial Suite.
The Yardi platform approach eliminates multiple systems from Brookfield’s current environment, in addition to allowing the company the flexibility to integrate with a number of other solutions in its ecosystem. Yardi Voyager and Yardi® Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting will provide real-time lease and general ledger data, reducing cycle times for budget creation and reforecasts.
