Colliers International selected the browser-based Voyager program in an effort to create a more efficient work flow and documentation management system in conjunction with their parent company, Colliers International of Vancouver, Canada. As the parent company, Colliers International Canada recently implemented Voyager and went live with one thousand leases July 1, 2007.
Following the Canadian lead, Colliers International Poland, plans to implement Yardi Voyager across its whole portfolio over the next few months. “Our objective is to be the best asset and property management team in Poland, and we believe Yardi will help us achieve this goal,” says Peter Love, Head of Asset Management, Poland.
