Canadian property manager adopts an integrated, automated invoice processing system with mobile capabilities to reduce paper and increase efficiencies
TORONTO, Oct. 16, 2017 – Greenwin Inc. is working on a comprehensive initiative to increase efficiency, mobility and security across its business through automation. The latest product to fuel this strategy is Yardi® PAYscan, which scans invoices into electronic transactions and automates the approval process. Yardi PAYscan, part of Yardi® Procure to Pay, is fully integrated with the Yardi Voyager® property management and accounting platform.
“Our previous invoice system alternated between digital and paper processing systems, which didn’t make sense,” said Brian Turpin, vice president of information technology for Greenwin. “We realized that processing invoices and purchase orders within our Yardi Voyager platform would remove separate applications that didn’t speak to each other.”
With Yardi PAYscan, Turpin added, “We can scan invoices in batches and automatically match each invoice to the appropriate purchase order, which is true streamlining. And Yardi PAYscan Mobile lets approvers quickly close POs wherever they may be, using their mobile devices, without having to find an office or pull out a laptop.”
