KEW Realty will save time by automating common area maintenance reconciliations and automatically consolidate reports for budget and variance, income statements, rent rolls and other operations.

COMMERCIALCafé™ will improve cash flow by enabling online payments from tenants. Yardi® Payment Processing will bulk-scan checks delivered to KEW Realty into electronic transactions and enable same-day electronic bank deposits. Yardi® Maintenance Manager Mobile will allow work orders to be submitted, assigned and tracked from remote devices.
Yardi® Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting will replace KEW Realty’s manual, spreadsheet-centered budgeting process with automated projections based on existing tenant lease data.
