SANTA BARBARA, CALIF., Aug. 19, 2009 -Commercial and residential property management firm K&S Company has earned designation by the San Francisco Business Times as a top-rated local employer for two consecutive years. We have become far more efficient with Voyager and manage our leases without wasting resources,” Sasaki said.
Seeking to extend Yardi Voyager’s value even further, K&S intends to implement Yardi CHECKscan™, Yardi PAYscan™, and Yardi Portal™. K&S would use CHECKscan to streamline the rent payment collection process, PAYscan to automate the invoice approval process, and Portal to accept online payments and manage the application process through its website, which attracts more than 100,000 visitors annually.
K&S currently takes advantage of Yardi’s Application Service Provider hosting service.
