Affordable housing provider will connect staff and properties across eight states on single Yardi platform
SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Sept. 29, 2017 – Northwest Real Estate Capital Corporation (NWRECC) is streamlining its accounting, property management and compliance processes by upgrading to Yardi Voyager® 7S, the cloud-based solution for efficient and centralized affordable housing operations.
NWRECC is headquartered in Boise, Idaho and operates more than 5,100 units across the western United States. Its properties are located in Alaska, Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Wyoming. Noel Gill, executive vice president for NWRECC, expects that Yardi Voyager 7S will improve how the organization operates across a wide region.

NWRECC previously relied on intranet file sharing systems and the postal service to send paper files between properties and headquarters. “Upgrading to Voyager 7S will simplify our operations and replace outdated and inefficient systems. Voyager 7S replaces all of that work with web-based efficiency and a single database,” said Gill.
