Vancouver, BC, Jan. 11, 2011 – Point2 (www.Point2.com) director of business development Jennifer Anderson will join a panel of speakers to discuss new ways to source listings, at the Property Portal Watch Workshop (www.propertyportalwatch.com) being held at the Marriott Marquis Times Square, on January 11, 2011, in New York City, Point2 announced today.
The Property Portal Watch Workshop brings together owners, operators and senior management of real estate property sites around the world, to discuss key issues facing their businesses.
More than 110 executives from 19 countries and 66 organizations will attend this year’s event.
As part of a panel discussion on ‘Other Ways to Source Listings’, Anderson will highlight the rising importance of listing syndication in driving more efficient access, delivery and maintenance of accurate, timely listing data for portal operators. Anderson will also cover the benefits of syndication to real estate Multiple Listing Service (MLS) organizations, associations, franchises, brokerages and individual agents.
Simon Baker, Classified Ad Ventures (www.classifiedadventures.com) CEO and Managing Director, will moderate the session set to take place on Tuesday, January 11th, from 3:30 to 3:50 (EST), in the Marquis Ballroom.
