Real estate companies and individuals honored for automation and digital leadership in commercial real estate
SANTA BARBARA, Calif., November 29, 2020 – A total of four Yardi® clients earned Digie Awards, considered one of the highest forms of recognition available in the commercial real estate industry, at the recent Realcomm | IBCon 2020 hybrid event.
The Digies, short for Commercial Real Estate Digital Innovation, recognize industry leaders, projects and advancements within technology automation and innovation. Individuals who have gone above and beyond to positively impact the CRE space are also recognized. The awards were presented this year during a unique hybrid event which featured multiple days of virtual content and in-person sessions in Aurora, Colo.
Arcadia Management, CBRE and Invesco received awards in the category for “Best Use of Automation,” an award given to companies who apply extraordinary technology, innovation and automation in their business processes.
Annette Prater, executive vice president at Brookfield Properties, was awarded the Julie Devine Digital Impact Award, presented to individuals for foresight and blazing new tech trails. It is named after a late industry innovator and partner of Realcomm.

Teel was also a recipient of the 2020 Julie Devine Impact Award, which was first presented in 2016.
