New York City commercial property leasing and management company will manage construction and invoice processing with its core Yardi Voyager platform
SANTA BARBARA, CALIF., Aug. 3, 2015 – Sage Realty Corp. will perform multiple business operations with its new Yardi Voyager® platform, including property management and accounting, invoice processing and job costing.
“Our previous system was useful only for limited aspects of our business. Voyager offers a full business platform that delivers a fluid flow of accurate information, with the option of easily adding solutions for such operations as budgeting and forecasting and fixed asset management,” said Steven Marks, chief financial officer for Sage Realty. “We’ll operate more efficiently with an integrated platform because we’ll no longer need to open separate modules for property management, accounting, job costing and invoice processing.”
Along with Yardi Voyager, Sage Realty will adopt Yardi Procure to Pay™, which will allow Sage Realty to scan invoices into electronic transactions and automate the approval workflow through vendor payment; and Yardi Construction Management™, a full-service job costing and receivables solution for managing the financial aspects of Sage Realty’s construction lifecycle.
