SFRealtors.com provides real-time information about the San Francisco real estate market
San Diego (July 9, 2013) – The San Francisco Association of REALTORS® (SFAR) has announced the launch of www.SFRealtors.com, a consumer-facing real estate search portal developed by Point2. SFRealtors.com is the only residential property search website powered by the San Francisco Multiple Listings Service (MLS), displaying the most accurate search results in real time. The new site provides consumers with information about homes for sale, homes for rent, commercial properties, off-market properties and real estate professionals in San Francisco and surrounding areas.
Point2’s site for SFAR is compatible with smartphones and tablets, featuring responsive, user-friendly design and the association’s distinctive branding. Visitors can search by neighborhood, ZIP code or custom fields to find MLS-Certified listings that fit their selected criteria. Home seekers can also save favorites, compare homes side-by-side, view neighborhood demographics and get basic property reports.
In a video addressed to SFAR members, Christine Dwiggins, 2013 SFAR Board President, emphasized the website’s role in connecting consumers with REALTORS® by providing direct access to SFAR member profiles and contact information. The listing agent is displayed prominently next to each property, ensuring transparency and guiding visitors to the most knowledgeable real estate professionals.

The Greater El Paso Association of REALTORS® in Texas successfully debuted their Point2 real estate portal in June. East Bay Regional Data in California is under contract and expects to launch their new Point2 portal within the next sixty days.
