Electronic checks and invoices will allow staff to focus on leasing and client service
SANTA BARBARA, CALIF., Dec. 17, 2015 – Smith Commercial Management Inc. (SCM) will save money, storage space and staff time by automating paper- and labor-intensive processes with new solutions built into its Yardi Voyager® property management and accounting platform.
SCM will scan its invoices into electronic transactions and automate the approval workflow with Yardi Procure to Pay™. The manual process of entering hundreds of monthly rent checks received by SCM every month into Yardi Voyager® will be automated with Yardi CHECKscan™, a payment collection solution that bulk scans checks into electronic transactions and enables same-day electronic bank deposits.
