Verity Properties Inc. adopted Yardi Genesis™ as the inaugural property management and accounting platform
SANTA BARBARA, CALIF., June 25, 2010 – Within months of its founding, Verity Properties Inc. adopted Yardi Genesis™ as the inaugural property management and accounting platform for its fledgling commercial property management business.
Before securing its first client in December 2009, Verity Properties explored several fully integrated core platform options. The company’s principal criteria were promoting paperless document management, automating key business processes, and accommodating growth.

Verity Properties performs its monthly accounting with Yardi Genesis’ reports package, which includes more than 100 industry-standard property management reports. The company can also automatically export Yardi Genesis reports to spreadsheets. Magnetic ink character recognition enables automated bank deposit slips, letting Verity Properties save time and avoid errors associated with manual deposit slip preparation.
