Virginia-based apartment management firm anticipates improved operational efficiency and marketing results from the end-to-end Yardi Multifamily Suite
SANTA BARBARA, CALIF., May 29, 2013— Yardi announced today that multifamily real estate owner and manager Weinstein Properties selected Yardi Voyager™ as its core property management and accounting platform. Seeking additional operational efficiencies in lead tracking and management, online resident payments, resident screening, materials procurement and business intelligence, Weinstein Properties will leverage several products from the Yardi Multifamily Suite™ with Yardi Voyager. The additional products include Yardi PopCard™, Yardi Leasing Pad™, Yardi Payment Processing™, Yardi Procure to Pay™, Yardi Orion for Business Intelligence™, Yardi Resident Screening™ and RentCafe™.
“While many of the systems that we previously used for materials procurement, online payments and other operations were excellent, they were disjointed and lacked the integration and functionality that Voyager and the Multifamily Suite provide,” said John T. RentCafe will give us attractive, professional-looking property sites with full-featured prospect and resident portals, integrating all of our marketing activities into Voyager. In addition, Leasing Pad will give our leasing agents access to key information such as pricing and floor plans on their mobile devices as they’re walking properties with prospects. They don’t have to carry papers around and can complete lease agreements on the spot, without having to return to the office.”
Yardi’s business intelligence platform will combine Weinstein Properties’ operational and financial data in Yardi Voyager with the ancillary data from the Yardi Multifamily Suite dto deliver actionable intelligence. This information can provide the basis for unique insights and quick action, such as the adoption of more cost-effective marketing approaches. Yardi Orion for Business Intelligence can also combine applicant screening results with resident history data to illustrate skip, eviction and delinquency trends, allowing Weinstein Properties to adjust screening criteria accordingly to select higher quality residents.
