Real estate technology provider will spotlight technology innovation at the apartment housing industry’s sole event dedicated to NOI

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Sept. 25, 2018 – Yardi® is providing energy and expertise to help the National Apartment Association (NAA) MAXIMIZE conference live up to its “NOI to the Max” theme. The conference, taking place Oct. 1–3 in San Diego, will offer education in asset management and net operating income to approximately 250 owners, operators, investors and other decision-makers in the apartment housing industry.

On Oct. 2, Adam Schaefer, Yardi® Elevate solution consultant at Yardi, will moderate the “Driving Asset Performance with New and Existing BI Technologies” panel. The discussion will address new business intelligence technologies that improve business decisions and competitiveness by providing real-time financial, operational and ancillary services intelligence.

The session speakers include Joby Byroade, a business intelligence specialist for apartment developer, investor and operator GID; Billy Pettit, president of luxury apartment developer, owner and manager Pillar Properties; and Dawn Wise, national financial analyst for real estate investor and manager Berkshire Communities.

“Pillar has benefited from being able to access information and metrics across our portfolio from one connected solution. I look forward to sharing insights on how this kind of innovative technology can help others make smart decisions and minimize risk by increasing portfolio visibility and data integrity,” Pettit said.

Yardi is also an event sponsor and exhibitor as well as an NAA Alliance Partner. Attendees can connect with Yardi at MAXIMIZE in the Networking Hall during exhibiting hours.

“Yardi has a long history of contributing to NAA’s multifamily and student housing conferences, thought leadership editorials, NAAEI Capital Campaign and many other activities. MAXIMIZE adds an exciting chapter to this legacy with a conference dedicated to helping asset managers increase their bottom line,” said Terri Dowen, senior vice president of sales at Yardi.
