SANTA BARBARA, CALIF., May 22, 2012–Yardi announced today that Yardi Portal™ has been enhanced to provide a full range of services for multifamily property managers, prospects and residents.

Yardi Portal is an improved and re-engineered Web portal solution that enables effective online marketing and leasing, paperless lease execution, online payments and resident services. It gives apartment communities a unique website to deliver photos, floor plans and detailed information about the community. Property managers can update and edit photos, graphics and other information on their property websites and ILS ads with a user-friendly content management system. Full integration with Yardi Voyager™ provides real-time pricing, unit availability and guest card creation.

Yardi Portal provides end-to-end-leasing support. Prospects wishing to rent a unit can complete the entire leasing process online, including background checks, fee payment and electronic signature through the community’s portal. Transaction support is built into Yardi Voyager. The platform is compatible with desktop computers and Apple, Android and Windows mobile devices.

As with other Yardi products, the portal transaction engine integrates with Yardi’s MITS-compliant interface routines for optimum flexibility and integration with other ancillary solution providers, including credit screening agencies and Internet listing companies. Optional Microsoft SharePoint® integration provides a platform that allows unprecedented flexibility and extensibility.

Yardi Portal is supported by Yardi Call Center™, Yardi PopCard™ and RentCafe.com— Yardi’s Internet listing service. Yardi Call Center provides round-the-clock access to information about rental properties and comprehensive support for both applicants and residents.
