SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Feb. 19, 2019 — Yardi® now offers instant income and employment verification via The Work Number® from Equifax® as part of ScreeningWorks® Pro, a comprehensive resident screening solution that also includes credit reports, rental history and other publicly reportable civil or criminal records.
Equifax manages the nation’s largest centralized repository of verified income and employment information powered by The Work Number, a proprietary database containing more than 350 million payroll records. Verified compensation documents can be instantly obtained online.
Property managers using ScreeningWorks Pro can now leverage The Work Number to eliminate reliance on applicant-provided pay stubs and W-2s. The Work Number delivers a concise consumer report that provides current employment status and payroll income on the spot.
